You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Each account must be used individually and is not transferable. You agree to not share your account with any third party, to immediately notify MyMovieList should you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, to provide true, up-to-date and complete information about yourself during registration, and ensure this information remains up-to-date.

Third-party content
You agree and covenant to obtain all rights from owners of third party media content necessary for you to link to or display. Use the content of a third-party service for the purpose that it was intended. If you link to the content of a third-party service, you are required to comply, and represent and warrant that you use complies, with all terms of use, policies and laws, rules and regulations applicable. If you are the owner of the provided content and believe that your rights are being violated by a user of the Services, please contact that user directly and also notify us of the misuse so that we may elect to take appropriate action against that user. We do not control the availability of the content. MyMovieList is not responsible if the content is unavailable or disappears entirely. We are just an intermediary. As an intermediary linking to third-party content, MyMovieList provides a distribution channel and is not responsible for the material being distributed. We do not monitor the third-party content that is linked or displayed using the Service. We take no responsibility for and do not endorse the content of any third-party media content or the effect that the display of this content may have on you.

In such circumstances, you are not entitled to any refund. MyMovieList may modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part of it) at its discretion. Notice of any such modification or discontinuance shall be emailed to you wherever possible. You agree that MyMovieList shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the service.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MyMovieList be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. MyMovieList reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents on the Service at any time without prior notice.
